Reinke, and Tracy Stefanski Tuesday, January 7, 2020 7:23 PM City Hall, Art Gallery 7525 W. Greenfield Ave. RECESS MEETING A. CALL TO ORDER Chairperson Barczak called the meeting to order. B. ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 12. R-2020-0003 Resolution Approving an Urban Nonpoint Source Water Pollution Abatement and Storm Water Management Grant Agreement between the City of West Allis and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to receive $58,760 in funding for updating the City’s current water quality management plan in the Milwaukee River Basin Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 13. R-2020-0004 Resolution to accept the proposal of Bartlett Arborist Supply for providing ArborJet Tree-age Emerald Ash insecticide treatment, Propizol, and #4 Arbor plugs for a total net sum of $51,834.15 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald.
