R-2020-0029 Resolution to authorize the Director of Public Works to amend an existing professional services contract with Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers to provide engineering and legal services for the City of West Allis Department of Public Works for an amount not to exceed $24,432.13 for 2019 and an additional amount not to exceed $25,000 for 2020 Sponsors: Administration and Finance Committee and Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:47 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
