ROLL CALL Present 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS 10. R-2020-0029 Resolution to authorize the Director of Public Works to amend an existing professional services contract with Baxter & Woodman Consulting Engineers to provide engineering and legal services for the City of West Allis Department of Public Works for an amount not to exceed $24,432.13 for 2019 and an additional amount not to exceed $25,000 for 2020 Sponsors: Administration and Finance Committee and Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 13. R-2020-0019 Resolution authorizing the City Engineer to amend an existing Professional Services Contract with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. to update the City’s current water quality management plan in the Milwaukee River Basin for an amount not to exceed $117,520 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. R-2020-0020 Resolution Authoring and Directing the City Engineer to Pay for Sanitary Sewer Lateral Repairs at 2034 S. 93 St. in the Total Amount of $5,404.50 Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Stefanski, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. R-2020-0023 Resolution accepting work of CPR, Inc. for concrete pavement patching, concrete curb & gutter, manhole adjustments and utility adjustments in Various Locations throughout City of West Allis and authorizing and directing settlement of said contract in accordance with contract terms of 2017 Project No. 26 for final payment in the amount of $500 of the $190,689.64 total project cost Sponsors: Public Works Committee A motion was made by Ald. Stefanski, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Barczak, Ald. Vitale, Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Stefanski No: 0 16. R-2020-0021 Resolution to confirm and adopt the report of the City Engineer containing the schedule of proposed assessments for improvement of S. 58 St. from W. Beloit Rd. to W. Mobile St. and S. 90 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Lapham St. by concrete reconstruction, sidewalk repair, driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and storm underdrain Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 17. R-2020-0022 Final Resolution authorizing public improvement by concrete reconstruction, sidewalk repair, driveway repair, storm sewer, storm sewer relay, sanitary sewer relay, water main relay, building services, utility adjustments and storm underdrain in S. 58 St. from W. Beloit Rd. to W. Mobile St. and S. 90 St. from W. Greenfield Ave. to W. Lapham St. and levying special assessments against benefited properties Sponsors: Public Works Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made to adjourn the meeting at 7:47 p.m. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
