17. O-2014-0081 An Ordinance to Create Subsection 6.02(24) of the West Allis Revised
Municipal Code Relating to Unauthorized Presence on School Grounds.

A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was
Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote:

18. R-2014-0446 Resolution in support of the Double Deck freeway alternative for the I-94
East-West Corridor if the at-grade alternatives cannot accommodate full access
to Hawley Road/60th Street.

A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Reinke, to amend the title.
The motion carried unanimously.
This matter was Recommended For Adoption As Amended.

This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote
20. 2014-0754 Transmittal of Decision of the Joint Review Board with respect to Tax
Incremental District Number Fourteen (68th & Mitchell).
This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote
