May, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 35. R-2014-0507 Resolution authorizing the submittal of a $200,000 Site-Specific Assessment Grant application for FY 2015 for the former Teledyne site located at 52** W. Probst, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 37. 2014-0790 Special Use Permit to establish Guiding Light Holiness Temple, a proposed religious institution, to be located at 5928 W. Burnham St. This matter was Held. 38. 2014-0791 Special Use Permit for Dave's Famous Pickles, a proposed limited food production facility, to be located at 7133 W. ADJOURNMENT All meetings of the Safety & Development Committee are public meetings. In order for the general public to make to comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working seesion for the committees itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
