10.21(6)-(10) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to
Unregistered Motor Vehicles Prohibited on Streets.

A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was
Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote:

27. 2015-0327 City of New Berlin Notice of Public Hearing before the City of New Berlin Plan
Commission scheduled for June 1, 2015, 6:00 p.m., in regard to the rezoning
and comprehensive plan amendment petitions filed by Eddie Millikin with
EWM Consulting.
A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was
Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote:

28. 2015-0328 Communication from the Wisconsin Department of Administration regarding
the Wisconsin Incorporation Review Board and Department of Administration
conducting a legislative hearing at the Brookfield Town Hall on May 20, 2015
at 1:00 p.m. relative to the proposed incorporation of portions of the Town of
Brookfield and Town of Waukesha as a village.
This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote
29. 2015-0355 Village of West Milwaukee Notice of Public Hearing scheduled for June 4,
2015, 6:00 p.m., to consider a request of Vincente Lopez, resident, and Karla
Priest, architect, for a variance at 1518 S. 56 St., West Milwaukee.
This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote
Passed The Block Vote
A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Reinke, to approve all the actions on
the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote:

30. 2015-0370 Communication from Bridget and Patrick Halvey regarding overnight parking
permits and restrictions.
Discussion ensued. The Safety & Development Committee would like a report from the
West Allis Police Department on an online parking permit system. Inefficiencies and a
dated current system were cited as the reason for concern.
This matter was Held.
31. 2015-0365 Special Use Permit to establish a restaurant within a portion of the existing
Riviera Lanes premise located at 8600 W. Greenfield Ave.
This matter was Held.
D. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. May to adjourn the meeting at
8:02 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
