Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 33. R-2015-0137 Resolution approving the adoption of Single and Two-Family Home Minimum Design Standards for the construction of new Single and Two-Family homes in the City of West Allis. Sponsors: Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 Public Hearing Items (Safety & Development Committee) 35. R-2015-0136 Resolution relative to determination of a Special Use Permit to establish a restaurant within a portion of Riviera Lanes, an existing bowling alley, located at 8600 W. Greenfield Ave. and Tax Key Nos. 442-0592-000 and 442-0590-000. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee This matter was Recommended For Adoption on a Block Vote 36. 2015-0365 Special Use Permit to establish a restaurant within a portion of the existing Riviera Lanes premise located at 8600 W. Greenfield Ave. This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote Passed The Block Vote A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, to approve all the actions on the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 37. O-2015-0032 Ordinance to create Subsection 12.13(9)(f)1-2 of the Revised Municipal Code of the City of West Allis relative to Site and Building Design Standards. Sponsors: Ald. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
