NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 32. O-2016-0016 An Ordinance to create Section 13.22 of the City of West Allis Revised Municipal Code, Chapter 13, Building Code relative to Razing of Buildings and Structures. Sponsors: Ald. Probst and Ald. Weigel A motion was made by Ald. May, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 33. O-2016-0017 An Ordinance to amend subsections 12.06, 12.10(2), 12.30(2), 12.31(4), 12.32(4), 12.33(4), 12.34(3), 12.35(4) and 12.36(8) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to Accessory Building and Accessory Structure definitions and requirements. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 35. R-2016-0071 Resolution authorizing the Director of Building Inspection and Neighborhood Services to enter into a program management contract for the management of the zombie and foreclosed property program. Vitale No: 0 36. 2016-0174 Transmittal of Decision of the Joint Review Board with respect to the First Amendment to the Project Plan and Amendment of the Project Plan Boundary for Tax Incremental District Number Eleven (84th & Greenfield). A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. May, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 5- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. May, Ald. Reinke, and Ald. Vitale No: 0 D. ADJOURNMENT A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald.
