R-2016-0093 Resolution relative to determination of Special Use Permit for Foster-Holley Funeral Home, a proposed funeral home, to be located at 8802 W. Becher St. This matter was Held 8. R-2016-0104 Resolution to Impose a Moratorium on Tobacconists, Tobacco Shops and Vaping Shops, in the C-1 Central Business District, C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District, C-3 Community Commercial District, C-4 Regional Commercial District and M-1 Manufacturing District. O-2016-0020 Ordinance to amend Subsections 12.06, 12.40(1)(w), 12.41(1)(hh) and repeal Subsection 12.43(2)(l) of the Revised Municipal Code relative to defining and allowing tattoo and/or body piercing establishments in the C-1 Central Business District and C-2 Neighborhood Commercial District as a permitted use. Discussion ensued. It was the consensus of the Committee to refer the matter back to staff to draft a Resolution incorporating their comments. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
