O-2016-0024 An Ordinance to Amend Section 10.02(1)(c) of the West Allis Revised Municipal Code Relating to Special Speed Limits. Sponsors: Ald. Lajsic A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 51. R-2014-0052 Resolution approving a professional services contract with Arcadis U.S., Inc. for a Phase 1 and Phase 2, Environmental Site Assessment for the former Expert Automotive property located at 7030 W. National Ave. in the amount of $41,673.00. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended to be Placed on File. Becher St. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Probst to amend the Resolution. The motion carried unanimously. A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption As Amended. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 51b. 2016-0170 Special Use Permit for Foster-Holley Funeral Home, a proposed funeral home, to be located at 8802 W. Becher St. A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald.
