Recommended for Passage. The motion carried by the following vote:

51. R-2014-0052 Resolution approving a professional services contract with Arcadis U.S., Inc. for
a Phase 1 and Phase 2, Environmental Site Assessment for the former Expert
Automotive property located at 7030 W. National Ave. in the amount of
$41,673.00.

The motion carried unanimously.
