Commission scheduled for June 6, 2016, at 6:01 p.m., in regard to an overall
update to the City’s 2020 Comprehensive Plan.
37. 2016-0299 Special Use Permit for a proposed brew pub (restaurant) with outdoor dining
within the SoNa portion of The Market at Six Points redevelopment to be
located at 6611 W. National Ave.
38. 2016-0300 Special Use Permit for a proposed mixed-use, multi-family residential and
commercial development within the NoNa portion of The Market at Six Points
redevelopment, to be located at 1465 S. Six Points Crossing, 6700 W. National

All meetings of the Safety & Development Committee are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must
be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee
itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
