22. R-2016-0169 Resolution to extend the previously imposed Moratorium on Tobacconists,
Tobacco Shops and Vaping Shops, in the C-1 Central Business District, C-2
Neighborhood Commercial District, C-3 Community Commercial District, C-4
Regional Commercial District and M-1 Manufacturing District.

23. 2016-0430 Communication from the Manager of Planning & Zoning advising the Common
Council of an upcoming proposed Ordinance to amend subsections 12.06, 12.40
and 12.42 of the Revised Municipal Code relative to Tobacco Retailers
definitions and requirements.
This matter was Recommended to be Placed on File on a Block Vote
Passed The Block Vote
A motion was made by Ald. Vitale, seconded by Ald. Probst, to approve all the actions on
the preceding items on a Block Vote. The motion carried by the following vote:

Commission scheduled for July 13, 2016, at 6:00 p.m., in regard to a petition
filed by Mr. Jeff Marohl with CRM II, LLC to amend the Future Lane Use Map
within the City’s Comprehensive Plan for the property at approximately 16700
W. College Avenue from Business Park/Industrial to Country Residential.
A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was
Recommended to be Placed on File. The motion carried by the following vote:

25. 2016-0410 Special Use Permit for Bright Minds Family Child Care, a proposed Daycare, to
be located at 8802 W. Becher St.

sales store, proposing to establish a vehicle repair and service business, to be
located within an existing building at 10923 W. Mitchell St.
