APPROVAL OF MINUTES 2017-0405 Minutes (draft) of the Recess meetings of February 7, 2017, February 21, 2017, March 21, 2017, April 4, 2017, April 18, 2017, May 2, 2017, June 6, 2017 and the Regular meeting of April 5, 2017. A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Approved.. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 D. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 24. R-2017-0178 Resolution to approve a West Allis ArtScape Grant to Mike Hottinger, property owner, d/b/a MCH Properties LLC, for the installation of a wall mural/sign on property located at 6125-29 W. Greenfield Ave. in an amount not to exceed 80% of project costs up to $8,000. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee A motion was made by Ald. Probst, seconded by Ald. Vitale, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. A motion was made by Ald. Lajsic, seconded by Ald. Probst, that this matter was Recommended For Approval.. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Probst, Ald. Vitale, and Ald. Reinke No: 0 26. 2017-0395 Special Use Permit for Tall Guy and a Grill, a proposed catering business, to be located at 6733 W. Lincoln Ave. This matter was Held 27. 2017-0396 Special Use Permit for a proposed restaurant and gastropub to be located within the existing mixed-use building located at 5835 W. National Ave. This matter was Held 28. 2017-0397 Special Use Permit for Jane’s Simply Delicious Popcorn, a proposed limited food production use, to be located within a portion of the South Town Shopping Center located at 2942 S. 108 St. This matter was Held 29. 2017-0402 Special Use Permit for Zignego Ready Mix, an existing ready mix concrete business, to amend the terms of their existing Special Use Permit for the overall premise, and to make various site changes on properties located at 4** S. Curtis Rd., 5** S. Curtis Rd., 521 S. Curtis Rd., 551 S. Curtis Rd. and 571 S. Curtis Rd. This matter was Held Previous Matters for Consideration 30. R-2017-0166 Resolution authorizing the acquisition of the former 1.001 acre parcel (former Roosevelt School Playground) from the West Allis-West Milwaukee School District property at located at 9** S. 60 St. (438-1301-000).
