CALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Alderperson Lajsic at 7:31 p.m. B. ROLL CALL Present 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Barczak, and Ald. Reinke Excused 1- Ald. C. NEW AND PREVIOUS MATTERS New Matters for Introduction 2. R-2018-0404 Resolution approving the Project Plan and establishing the Boundaries for and the Creation of Tax Incremental District No. 16 (S. 70th and Washington Street Corporate Office Corridor Plan), City of West Allis, Wisconsin. Sponsors: Safety & Development Committee Attachments: Exhibit A-Boundaries Exhibit B-Project Plan DRAFT (6-26-18) Signed Resolution Amended Project Plan (FINAL) 6-26-18 A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Euteneir to amend the Project Plan. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Reinke, that this matter was Recommended For Adoption with amendments to the Project Plan. The motion carried by the following vote: Aye: 4- Ald. Lajsic, Ald. Euteneier, Ald. Barczak, and Ald. Reinke to adjourn the meeting at 7:43 p.m. The motion carried unanimously. All meetings of the {bdName} are public meetings. In order for the general public to make comments at the committee meetings, the individual(s) must be scheduled (as an appearance) with the chair of the committee or the appropriate staff contact; otherwise, the meeting of the committee is a working session for the committee itself, and discussion by those in attendance is limited to committee members, the mayor, other alderpersons, staff and others that may be a party to the matter being discussed.
