At 8:30 p.m., a motion was made by Ald. Barczak, seconded by Ald. Reinke to move to
Recess, until all Alderpersons could be present. The motion carried unanimously. At
9:04 p.m., the meeting reconvened and Item #32 was further discussed.
D. ADJOURNMENT
A motion was made by Ald. Reinke, seconded by Ald. Stefanski to adjourn the meeting
at 9:20 p.m. The motion carried unanimously.
