Resolution #3 and #4- Nonuniformed Employees’ Pension Plan (2022 and 2023 (audit) • Nonuniformed pension plan must be approved every year by resolution. 2. Resolution #5 for leasing a Truck for the Street Department. $196,379.00 • Decision was made in the last meeting. Contingent upon Lease Terms received on 3/14/2023: 5 years, annual payments of $43,074; Interest Rate 4.43% 3. Comprehensive Plan- Planning Commission • Community Participation • Using the borough’s facilities for focus group. Involve the community in the planning meeting, awareness, suggestions, opinion. 4. Upgrade Accufund $533.75 • Record all transactions, money receipt generator, employees’ access, improve customer’s search of payments. 5. Police New Bank Account- Donations • A note was sent with garbage bill for Police Fund donation. • The previous account was closed because it was in M&T Bank. Mrs. Mikulca proceeded to closed the account and open it in the same Bank we have all the accounts. There is a check of $13,659.27 of remaining which will be deposited in the new account. 6. Resolution #6 Requesting DCNR Funds $75,000 for 5Th Street Park 7. Nicholas Chura- Resignation of West Hazleton Zoning Board Member • Council needs to accept or reject the resignation which was summited on April 5Th, 2023.
