Borough Manager has no agreement. Code Officer and Assistant Manager’s need to be updated. 3- Propose a Part-time assistant Code Enfoncement. 4- JVI/Crossroads: Planning Commission approved, with condition, the project on building #3. The project needs to be reviewed and approved by council. 5- New ordinance for joint sewers line. Sewer Authority is interested the Borough have an ordinance for residents who have joint sewer line, the responsibility is shared as equal part. Example: Two residents 50% of responsibility. Three residents 33.34%, etc. 6- Police Department proposed a conditional offer for employment of two-Part Time officers: Tim Walsh and Nick Roff.
