Shurson and Ledegar Roofing Company, Inc. to amend property presently zoned Planned Unit Development District to Industrial District (Oak Avenue South)  Public Hearing re Petition for Change of Zone filed by Riverland Investments to amend properties presently zoned Business District to Planned Unit Development (1400 Crestwood Avenue and 119 Greenfield Lane)  Planning Commission Meeting  Review for recommendation to Village Board a Petition for Chance of Zone filed jointly by James P. Shurson and Ledegar Roofing Company, Inc. to amend property presently zoned Planned Unit Development District to Industrial District (Oak Avenue South)  Review for recommendation to Village Board a Petition for Change of Zone filed by Riverland Investments to amend properties presently zoned Business District to Planned Unit Development (1400 Crestwood Avenue and 119 Greenfield Lane) OTHER AGENDA: Any other official business that may arise subsequent to this Notice. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of West Salem who do not serve on the Commission may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. Therefore, further notice is hereby given that the above meeting may constitute a meeting of the Board of Trustees and is hereby noticed as such, even though it is not contemplated that the Village Board will take any formal action at this meeting.
