PURPOSE OF MEETING: Review for possible public hearing an Application for Conditional Use submitted by Riverland Investments/Jacob Mooney to construct a 16-unit apartment with green space for possible future business development on 1400 Crestwood Avenue and 119 Greenfield Lane OTHER AGENDA: Any other official business that may arise subsequent to this Notice. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that members of the Board of Trustees of the Village of West Salem who do not serve on the Committee may attend this meeting to gather information about a subject over which they have decision-making responsibility. Therefore, further notice is hereby given that the above meeting may constitute a meeting of the Board of Trustees and is hereby noticed as such, even though it is not contemplated that the Village Board will take any formal action at this meeting.
