Kerim & Allison Kfuri, 31 Exchange Place (905-015-05-021) Applicant seeks variances from §197-6 C for proposed building area lot coverage of 23.5% where the maximum permitted is 20%, and from §197-35 C for proposed setbacks for accessory pergola of 6.9 & 16.3 feet where the minimum required is 20 feet. 2.
