Protected Tree Permit No. 26-001 Applicant: Alana Nadsady, on behalf of Oak Forest Mobile Estates Project Address: 32100 Triunfo Canyon Road Project Description: Request for a Protected Tree Permit to authorize work associated with a comprehensive utility upgrade at Oak Forest Mobile Estates. The proposed improvements are anticipated to significantly impact numerous mature oak trees located throughout the park. Due to the dense distribution of protected trees, construction activities will require trenching, excavation, and equipment access within the protected zones of numerous trees. The permit request includes authorization for encroachments into oak tree driplines, potential root pruning, and removal of select trees determined to be necessary for the project. The review will consider the scope of the proposed improvements, anticipated impacts to protected trees, and appropriate tree protection measures and mitigation requirements. 2.
