proposal. Staff recommended the Historic District Commission review the attached antenna information and provide feedback and/or questions regarding the proposal. Commissioner Colella made a motion that there were no negative impacts to the Westminster Historic District from the proposal and that the color of the proposed antennas match the color of the existing antennas, and any changes to the project be brought back to the Commission for review. Commissioner Camlin recused himself. Commissioner Wagman seconded. The motion passed. Chair McMasters introduced New Business Item B - Proposed New Format of the Historic District Commission Meeting Summary. Mr. Gray provided background information and an overview regarding the proposed format. Staff recommended the Historic District Commission consider re-structuring the format of their meeting summary to reflect the format of the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting summary with the addition of the signature line for the Chair or acting chair. The Commission requested that staff research to see if they could find any information on how the Maryland Historical Trust and the Maryland Association of Historic District Commissions suggests to format a meeting summary. Vice-Chair Camlin made a motion to change the format of the Historic District Commission Minutes to match the other Westminster Boards and Commissions meeting summaries as long as it does not increase staff time. Commissioner Albert seconded. The motion passed. Chair McMasters introduced New Business Item C - 2018 Historic Tax Credit Program Training recap. Chair McMasters wanted to thank the Commission for staffing the Historic Tax Credit Training Seminar in her absence. Commissioner Albert also mentioned how much she learned from the Historic Tax Credit Program Training. V. Historic District Commission and Public Comments Commissioner Wagman was concerned about the banner covering the Historic Mural on Locust Lane. Commissioner Wagman made a motion to meet on July 11 due to the July 4, 2018 meeting falling on the holiday. Vice-Chair Camlin seconded. The motion passed. VI. Adjournment Vice-Chair Camlin made a motion to adjourn. The Commission adjourned at 9:00 PM. �;(�� Kristen L.
