CITY OF WESTMINSTER HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION MEETING SUMMARY Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 7:00 PM City Hall, 1838 Emerald Hill Lane Westminster, Maryland 21157 Due to a lack of Quorum, the July 10, 2019 meeting of the Westminster Historic District Commission was cancelled. Approval of the Minutes of the June 5, 2019 meeting will be moved to the July 24, 2019 special meeting agenda. New Business Item A – Application for Historic Rehabilitation Property Tax Credits TC #19-03, will be moved to the July 24, 2019 special meeting agenda. New Business Item B - Application for Historic Rehabilitation Property Tax Credits TC #19-04, will be moved to the July 24, 2019 special meeting agenda. New Business Item C - Section 106 Review of Modifications to Telecommunications Equipment at 2 College Hill Drive (T-Mobile) will be moved to the July 24, 2019 special meeting agenda. Mr. Lee Nardyz and Ms. Susan Nardyz informally summarized their proposed project at 57 West Main Street (Rock Salt LLC.) for informational purposes only to the board members present. Discussion ensued and the Commission provided some informal suggestions on what information could be included in the submittals for the Nardyz’s pending application.
