Call to Order. The Special City Council Meeting was called to order at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, by Mayor Ramona Neal. A quorum was present. Council Members Present: City of Weston Lakes Staff Present: Mayor Ramona Neal City Secretary, Jenni McJunkin Mayor Pro Tem Linda Harnist Alderman Bill Ragle Alderman Denis DeLuca Absent: Alderman Trent Thomas Alderman Ted Case Public Present: Recorded in O365 Minutes – Special Virtual Meeting January 13, 2021 2. Ensure all council members have logged on successfully. Testing of O365 to ensure it is working properly and ensuring each member of our Board of Aldermen and the city secretary can sign on to the virtual platform. Ensure the microphone and cameras on each council members personal computers all work for the meeting. Ensured all council members have logged on successfully. Alderman Trent Thomas led the Council in the Invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Statement of public comments and public comments. There were no public comments. 5. Mayor’s comments. The Mayor did not have any comments. 6. Barry Ochsner with Alexaur to inform and address any concerns. Barry Ochsner with Alexaur informed Council and addressed concerns about O365 and its use. 7. Adjournment. Motion made by Alderman Trent Thomas for adjournment. Seconded by Alderman Ted Case.
