Call to Order. 2. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Statement of Rules regarding Public Comments. 4. Public Comments. 5. Mayors Comments. 6. Approve Minutes of the Regular City Council Meeting on November 26, 2019. 7. Present and approve November and December 2019 financials. 8. Consider and approve Resolution No. 01-20, Establishing the 1093 Rails to Trails Local Government Corporation. 9. Consider and take action to upgrade the City of Weston Lakes IT infrastructure. Purchasing Managed, Secure Office 365 with Share Point File Share. 10. Consider and take action to purchase devise to backup email and files. 11. Consider and take action to purchase / lease a cellular phone, for the Mayor, along with a phone line. 12. Consider and approve paying for Cradlepoint services, for Emergency Management, 1-year renewal in the amount of $180.00. To take this amount out of Emergency Management Reserve Fund. 13. Purchasing or leasing a copier / printer / scanner. Consider 14, 15 and 16 as consent items. 14. Consider and approve removing Mary Rose Zdunkewicz from all City of Weston Lakes accounts with Wallis Bank, and adding Mayor Ramona Neal to same accounts for the City of Weston Lakes. Rest of Council; Mayor Pro Tem Linda Harnist, Alderman Ted Case, Alderman Denis DeLuca, Alderman Trent Thomas and Alderman Bill Ragle, to remain as signers. 15. Consider and approve removing Mary Rose Zdunkewicz from the City of Weston Lakes’ credit card and adding Mayor Ramona Neal to the City of Weston Lakes’ credit card. 16. Consider and approve removing Mary Rose Zdunkewicz from all City of Weston Lakes accounts with New First Bank, and adding Mayor Ramona Neal to same accounts for the City of Weston Lakes. Mayor Pro Tem Linda Harnist to remain as signer. 17. Discuss policy on meetings considering HB 2840 and its changes. 18. Discuss and take action the online message board by council to use on webpage. 19. Consider and adopt Emergency Management conflict of interest, nondiscrimination and secretary duties. Executive meeting: 20. Executive Session 551.074 Personnel Matters a. A. Present and deliberate on personnel matters, evaluations, reassignment, discipline or dismissal of public officer. b. 551.071 deliberate on Special Election. When it will take place and all matters concerning a special election much as cost, timing election laws. Our council member was not elected. 1  c. 551.071 Consultation with attorney.
