Sparks reported the Department is in the process of interviewing for Police Officer positions. Trautman said staff is anticipating that tax bills will be sent out this coming Wednesday. Weinkauf reported staff received 19 applications so far for the open Administrative Support Specialist position. Wodalski gave an update on the new truck and explained the multiple uses. REMARKS FROM ADMINISTRATOR. Guild thanked everyone for all the work they have done over the past year. Staff is in the process of laying out plans for 2018. Year-end reports will be emailed to the Trustees. Staff is in the process of working on a 2018 calendar to be distributed to officials and staff. All meetings scheduled should remain the same. He is hoping to hold both the Personnel and Finance Committees on January 9th. Ermeling said SAFER will be holding a meeting on January 9th. Date to be determined for Personnel and Public Safety. 14. REMARKS FROM TRUSTEES. Both Zielger and Ostrowski will be absent from the January 22nd Public Safety Committee meeting. The meeting will be rescheduled to a different day. Hooshang asked that the proposed sports complex study get put on the agenda for the next regular meeting. 15. REMARKS FROM PRESIDENT. Ermeling said she will be absent January 11th to February 6th. 16. ANNOUNCEMENTS. No comments. 17.
