VILLAGE OF WESTON, WISCONSIN SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES TO THE HONORABLE PRESIDENT ERMELING AND SIX (6) OTHER ELECTED MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES: The following items were listed on the agenda in the village Clerk’s office, in accordance with Chapter 2 of the village’s Municipal Code and will be ready for your consideration, during the 21st legislative session of the Board of Trustees, at your next regular gathering on February 26, 2018, at 4:00 p.m. in the Board Room, at the Weston Municipal Center. A quorum of members from other Village governmental bodies (boards, commissions, and committees) may attend the above-noticed meeting to gather information. If a quorum of other government bodies are present this would constitute a meeting pursuant to “State of Wisconsin ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd., 173 Wis.2d 553,494 N.W.2d 408 (1993)”. Therefore, no official actions other than those of the BOARD OF TRUSTEES shall take place. Wisconsin State Statutes require all agendas for Committee, Commission, or Board meetings be posted in final form, 24 hours prior to the meeting. Any posted agenda is subject to change up until 24 hours prior to the date and time of the meeting. Any item on this agenda may be discussed or acted upon. AGENDA ITEMS 1. ADJOURNMENT BOARD OF TRUSTEES SPECIAL MEETING AGENDA 2/26/18 Prepared by: Sherry Weinkauf, Clerk  VILLAGE OF WESTON RESOLUTION NO. 2018-010 A RESOLUTION, changing the Polling Place for Wards 3 and 8 from the Professional Development Center, 4704 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI to the Wausau Homes Scout Center, 3511 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI. WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 5.25(3) All polling places shall be established for each election at least thirty (30) days before the election; and WHEREAS, residents of Wards 3 and 8 currently vote at the Professional Development Center, 4704 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI 54476; and WHEREAS, the Village in conjunction with the Wausau Homes Scout Center would like to make the voting experience more convenient for the electors and with less disruption to the classrooms of the Idea Charter School, which is located in the same building as the Professional Development Center; and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees for the Village of Weston that the polling place for all elections for Wards 3 and 8 be located at the Wausau Homes Scout Center, 3511 Camp Phillips Road, Weston, WI 54476; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Village Clerk is directed to notify each registered voter on the voter registration list for Wards 3 and 8.
