Q/White is concerned about being closed to the public one day of the week. Donner said the scheduling will be flexible within the departments, and the office will be open 5 days a week. The Office staff is not interested in working 10 hours a day. Fiene wants the employees to have flexibility with department directors. The studies show that there is no loss of productivity in a 4-day work week.
