21. Administrator
Donner gave an update on new municipal center project. Village Clerk and Deputy
Finance Director positions are open for recruitment with three applicants each.
22. Clerk
Weinkauf said we need at least one board member to complete Board of Review
training every year. Maloney and Weiland volunteered to complete this training.
23. Finance
No comments
24. Fire/EMS
Chief Finke gave an update on new staff. EMS week starts this week, City of Wausau,
Riverside and City of Mosinee have been invited. Don Klimicka and State
Representative Pat Snyder will be attending Wednesday at the Rib Mountain station
at 10:00 am. The new hovercraft has arrived, training will start over the next 6 weeks.
25. Parks & Recreation
Osterbrink gave an update on opening the aquatic center. The new software is up and
running and employees have been trained.
26. Plan/Dev
Higgins said Tatro was at the Dollar General construction site investigating the recent
event regarding the roof truss.
27. Police
Chief Schulz gave a staffing update.
28. Public Works
Wodalski gave an update on CIP projects and the grant process he has been working
on.
29. Technology
Crowe included a link to a survey in his report to get feedback on improving the
Village website.

Hartinger met with Chief Schulz. ARPA funds need to be moved forward on with urgency.
Cronin inquired about the PFAS results from the wells. Wodalski said we will know the
results later this week.
REMARKS FROM THE PRESIDENT
Maloney asked about the barricade on Fuller St. Wodalski will follow up. Maloney wants
Everest Metro Court to resume in-person. Cronin suggested that we put on next agenda.
