Discussion and possible action regarding Proposal for Lease of Space on the Enterprise Way Water Tower (on recording https://youtu.be/omkLsef_2gs?t=536) Discussion: This item has been brought to the Board due to a tenant needing a backup internet provider. This could possibly provide free internet for park spaces, but the Village does not have a need for that. Cronin asked about concerns with damage to the water tower. Wodalski stated that there is equipment on there already. The Village would just include in the lease that if there was maintenance to be done on the tower, they would have to move their equipment to allow for that maintenance. Zeyghami stated that he would like to see an annual escalation of two percent. Motion by Pinsonneault, second by Hartinger to direct staff to pursue a lease agreement with Ethoplex for installation of communication equipment on the Enterprise Way water tower, the agreement should read at $1,000 per month with an escalation clause and hold harmless clause with review by Attorney Yde and come back to the Board for final review. Discussion and possible action regarding Proposal for Collocation of Cell Equipment on a Village water tower (on recording https://youtu.be/omkLsef_2gs?t=1065) Discussion: This item is for Summit Avenue or East Everest Avenue water tower. Motion by Pinsonneault, second by Cronin to direct staff to pursue a lease agreement with T-Mobile for installation of cell tower equipment on the E. Everest Avenue water tower for the amount of $3500 monthly for a five-year term with 10 percent escalation per term and hold harmless clause with review by Attorney Yde and come back to the Board for final review. Discussion and/or action on Well 7/8 Change Order #6 REMARKS FROM TRUSTEES (on recording https://youtu.be/omkLsef_2gs?t=1685) Pinsonneault asked where the funds received from the four play structures that are being sold on Wisconsin Surplus would go. Cronin asked what scrap metal prices would have provided had they scrapped the play structures. Zeyghami informed the Board about the pickleball courts which he was asked to be built at the YMCA with the assistance of funds from the Village. REMARKS FROM THE PRESIDENT (on recording https://youtu.be/omkLsef_2gs?t=1868) Maloney informed the Board of the Administrator’s upcoming six-month review. A short informative update was provided on moving the monument for Detective Weiland from Mesker Street to a new location.
