Enterprise Way Water Tower (on recording https://youtu.be/omkLsef_2gs?t=536)
Discussion: This item has been brought to the Board due to a tenant needing a backup
internet provider. This could possibly provide free internet for park spaces, but the
Village does not have a need for that. Cronin asked about concerns with damage to
the water tower. Wodalski stated that there is equipment on there already. The Village
would just include in the lease that if there was maintenance to be done on the tower,
they would have to move their equipment to allow for that maintenance. Zeyghami
stated that he would like to see an annual escalation of two percent.
Motion by Pinsonneault, second by Hartinger to direct staff to pursue a lease
agreement with Ethoplex for installation of communication equipment on the
Enterprise Way water tower, the agreement should read at $1,000 per month with
an escalation clause and hold harmless clause with review by Attorney Yde and
come back to the Board for final review.
