OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application and had the following comment: 1. Approved “Matt stainless steel color” Railings as submitted. 16-111 Twin Turbo 177 Orawaupum Street RESUBMITTED Replacement of an existing wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Applicant was not present. 16-124 Magnotta’s Car Wash 340 Central Ave NEW Installation of a canopy over front driveway. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends the following comments. 1. Canopy to be approved as shown. 2. Applicant to return if any text or logo’s will be placed on canopy for approval. 3. Applicant to return if any lighting will be installed for Board review & approve. 16-125 WP North Tower, LLC 55 Bank Street NEW Change in building facade materials per areas indicated. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends the following comment. 1. Applicant to return with a more detailed and finished presentation for Board to properly evaluate changes proposed. 16-112 Verizon 37 Mamaroneck Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a illuminated wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments: 1. Sign returns to be finished. 2. No visible wires, conduit or raceway. 3. Separate electrical permit required. 4. Sign to be installed per White Plains Sign Ordinance. 5.
