OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. Applicant was not present. 16-124 Magnotta’s Car Wash 340 Central Ave RESUBMITTED Installation of a canopy over front driveway. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board recommends the approval of the canopy as shown with the following comments. 1. Signage on awning approved as submitted. 2. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments: 1. No visible wires, conduit or raceway. 2. Backer panel to be a max of 2" in depth. 3. Signs will be installed in existing locations. 16-129 North St. Community LLC 303-315 North St NEW A letter petition dated October 21, 2016 requesting a second (3) year extension of the resolution granting Site Plan approval (originally adopted on July 8, 2008) for the Independent Living Phase of a project known as the “North Street Community” located at 303-315 North Street. OUTCOME: The Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment.
