OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted and made the following comments: 1. Color changes on awning valances. 2. Addition of lighting to poster display cabinets. 3. Approval of banners. 4. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 18-42 Estates of Crystal House Ltd. 12 Old Mamaroneck Rd NEW Changes to the previously approved application. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted and made the following comment: 1. Color changes approved for glass block dividers and balconies. 18-43 Don Coqui 107 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Recover existing awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application (non illuminated) as submitted. 18-44 Bet Am Shalom Synagogue 295 Soundview Ave NEW Installation of new signs at roadway entrances OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application. It has been adjourned till the next scheduled meeting. 18-45 National Express Transit Corp 14 Fisher Lane NEW Construction of an indoor bus wash facility. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. Page 1 of 2  DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME MAY 14TH,2018 . 18-46 City Center 1-29 Mamaroneck Ave NEW An application for a Site Plan amendment associated with White Plains City Center on behalf of Kite Realty Group, The owner of City Center. The owner would like permission to modify the plaza area design. This will include, but may not be limited to, modifications to the entry drive to improve pedestrian safety, a new stage, a new linear foundation, new pedestrian seating, and two new food service kiosks. In addition to the plaza modifications, the owner is requesting permission to install two new blade signs for “Target” tenancy. One sign is proposed to be located on Main Street and the other on Mamaroneck Ave. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this project and made the following comment: 1. Final material selection to be submitted for review upon building permit application submittal. 18-47 White Plains Hospital Center 41 East Post Rd NEW “Modernization IV Project” An application filed on behalf of the White Plains Hospital Center for an amendment to the existing Site Plan approval, Special permit approval and master plan approval to allow the construction of a “Modernization IV Project” on the campus. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application and says it is an excellent enhancement to the campus. 18-48 The Esplanade 1 & 10 Lyon Place NEW A request by Esplande of White Plains Venture Partnership (“The Applicant”) for an extension of the Site Plan approval for their project at 1 Lyon Place (formerly known as 95 So Broadway) and 10 Lyon Place (formerly known as 4 Lyon Place). The project is a re-purposing of existing buildings formerly an Assisted Living Facility, into Residential Multi Family dwelling. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment. 18-49 New York Life 44 So Broadway NEW A request by New York Life Insurance Company (the “Applicant”) for an extension of the amended Site Plan approval for the installation of signs at their 44 So Broadway location. The approval consisted of installing two (2) wall signs on the parapet of the building and one (1) ground sign facing So Broadway. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment. Page 2 of 2
