OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the
following comment:
1. Overall project is inviting but images do not properly represent the material
presented. Applicant to return with updated renderings and landscaping
when prepared.

An application on behalf of The Montessori Garden Inc.,
for amending the Special Permit approval to allow an increase in
the number of children permitted at the facility at the above listed
premises.
OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no
