DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME May 11th , 2020 20-26 Let Me Build, LLC 392 North Street NEW An application for Site Plan approval of a project located at 392 North Street. The applicant, Let ME Build LLC, proposes the construction of a single story, approximately 7,725 square foot building. The applicant intends to construct and configure the building so it can generically accommodate a Religious Use and then market and lease the building to a religious institution either pre or post construction. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and made the following comments: 1. The Board likes the direction of the overall design of the project and Site Plan. 2. The Board will need to review the following items when the applicant is prepared: • All lighting that will be installed on the exterior of building. • Clearly show existing screening from rear property line/ rear neighboring property. • A drawing/elevation which reflects detail of stone wall at front entrance on North Street. • A clear detail of landscaping plan, guardrail and wall design on east side of property which borders the Hindu Temple. • Porte Cochere needs to be accurately shown and updated on floor plan/drawing. 20-27 The Collection 80-106 Westchester Ave NEW & 50-62 Franklin Ave An application submitted on behalf of TB White Plains Apartments, LLC, (The Collection) for a Site Plan extension and modifications on a previously approved Site Plan for construction of a Mixed Use Development. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment or objection. 20-28 Esplanade of White Plains 95 So Broadway NEW Venture Partnership & 4 Lyon Place An application submitted on behalf of Esplanade of White Plains Venture Partnership, The Esplanade, for a Site Plan extension on a previously approved Site Plan for the adaptive re-use of 95 South Broadway & 4 Lyon Place to a Mixed Use Residential Development with ground floor Retail, Restaurant and Medical Office uses. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment or objection.
