The applicant, Let ME Build LLC, proposes the construction of a single story, approximately 7,725 square foot building. The applicant intends to construct and configure the building so it can generically accommodate a Religious Use and then market and lease the building to a religious institutions either pre or post construction. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted. 20-29 Sanitation Complex 77 Brockway Place NEW Distribution Solar development proposes a 463 kw (1,458 panel) solar array mounted on mechanically attached flush mounted racking on the existing roof. Solar power generated from the array will be fed directly to ConEd’s grid. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted. 20-30 Ebersole Ice Rank 110 Lake Street NEW Distribution Solar development proposes a 344 kw (828 panel) solar array mounted on mechanically attached flush mounted racking on the Ebersole Ice Rink sloped roof. Prior to installation, DSD will be installing a new shingle roof. Solar power generated from the array will be fed directly to ConEd’s grid. Energy produced by system will be fed directly to ConEd’s grid. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted. 20-32 NRP RPW Westchester JV, Inc 1133 Westchester Ave NEW An application submitted on behalf of NRP RPW Westchester JV, Inc for a Site Plan extension for proposed construction of a residential development.
