OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed the overall sign package application and had the following comments. 1. Mammoth garage sign (sign D) to be revised to eliminate the neon. Applicant to explore alternate to the neon lighting for review. 2. Board feels the blade signs on Mamaroneck Ave and East Post Rd (sign A) are over scaled for their location and purpose. 3. Applicant to explore reducing the depth of “The Mitchell” sign (sign B) to under 12" as proposed. 4.
