DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING CALENDAR NO OUTCOME December 14nd , 2020 20-87 Amoco / Togo 266 Central Ave RESUBMITTED Replace existing wall sign, reface existing pole sign and new gas pump decals OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review application, applicant was not present. 20-93 Lennar Multifamily Communities 131 Mamroneck Ave (LMC) & 9 Mitchell Place RESUBMITTED An application on the behalf of LMC / Lennar Multifamily Communities, through its affiliate LM VII MMP Holdings, LP, for the proposed exterior sign package. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed the overall sign package application and had the following comments. 1. Mammoth garage sign (sign D) is ok as revised eliminating the neon. Applicant to explore if sign cabinet width can be reduced. 2. Board feels the blade signs on Mamaroneck Ave and East Post Rd (sign A) are over scaled for their location and purpose. Applicant to explore other options, designs and scaled down versions. 3. “The Mitchell” sign (sign B) is ok as revised. Applicant to confirm sign conforms with NEC and ADA guide lines. 4. Applicant to return when prepared 20-94 Hourglass Women’s Wellness 33 So Broadway RESUBMITTED Installation of a wall sign. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application for a wall sign and had the following comments. 1. Wall sign option with the dimensions of 2' (height) x 35' (width) approved on rail system as presented to the Board. 2. Top of sign to align with top of adjacent Solar Escape Tanning sign. 3. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 4. Separate electrical permit required. 20-98 The Parkside 12 Westchester Ave NEW Recover (2) existing awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment. 1. Awning at front entrance to have “The Parkside” and the number 12 only on front face. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 20-100 CVS 452 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Remove and replace vinyl decals on window. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted with the following comment. 1. Reverse order of graphics #3 and #2 discussed with Board. 20-101 Gilda’s Club Westchester 80 Maple Ave NEW An application to construct a partial second story rear addition over existing first floor , requiring an area variance for F.A.R.. Rear yard set back and parking space. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application for a variance and addition as submitted. 20-102 The Source 100 Bloomingdale Rd NEW A request submitted on behalf of Maple Avenue Solar Project 2020, LLC, for a Site Plan Amendment to install a solar photovoltaic system as a parking canopy on the roof of the garage. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application with the following comments. 1. Cantilever at the south east corner to be removed and the solar panels/canopy to align with existing building facade. Relocate any panels removed from this area to the northerly and westside of structure. 2. Board requests any existing landscaping or trees that may be below the solar canopy installation be maintained/preserved and some form of irrigation shall be provided. 3.
