Ground / pole sign and building wall sign to have Opaque background. Only text, numbers and logo to illuminate. 2. No visible wires, conduit or raceway. 3. Existing “Deli & Grill” sign on building must be removed. 21-01 Waterstone of Westchester 120 Bloomingdale Rd NEW Install new real estate / marketing signs on parking garage and fence. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comment. 1. Approved for (1) year. 21-02 One City De LLC, One City Place LP AJH Management, LLC. 1 City Place NEW An application for Site Plan amendment submitted on behalf of One City DE LLC, One City Place LP & AJH Management LLC, proposing two (2) projecting signs on the building facade at the corner of Main Street and City Place to enhance identification of the building to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. 21-03 Chazz Palminteri Italian Restaurant 264 Main Street NEW Replace existing name on wall sign and change awing fabric color on (2) awnings. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments. 1. Awnings to remain blue. 2. No visible wires, conduit or raceways. 21-04 The Learning Experience 610 Mamaroneck Ave NEW Installation of an awing on the roof. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application and had the following comments. 1. After removal of existing signs, walls to be repaired and painted to match existing prior to installation of signs. 2. Signs are temporary only until permanent signs are approved. 21-06 The Seasons Condominium 4 Martine Ave NEW New entrance store front and canopy. OUTCOME: Design Review Board recommends the approval of this application as submitted. 21-07 White Plains Center 220 W Post Road NEW for Nursing Exterior improvements. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments. 1. Applicant to resubmit alternate scheme for Quinby Ave elevation. 2. Applicant to determine if HVAC system will have penetrations though the wall or windows. 21-08 NW Plains Venture LLC 20 Haarlem Ave NEW 27 Holland Ave & 7-11 Holland Ave A Site Plan application submitted on behalf of NW Plains Venture, LLC for the property located at 20 Haarlem Ave, 27 Holland Ave & 7-11 Holland, submitted for a mixed use, transit- oriented development. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments. 1. Applicant to provide a true color sample for all brick that are being proposed. 2. Applicant to look at an alternate color brick in a lighter tone to provide a better contrast. 3. Board would like applicant to possibly explore adding some variety to the two (2) buildings. 21-09 Westmoreland Lofts, LLC 136-158 Westmoreland Ave NEW An application submitted on behalf of 136-158 Westmoreland LLC, (Westmoreland lofts LLC) for a Site Plan extension and Special Permit extension to construct a mixed use building of residential and retail to be constructed at 146 (136,146 & 158) Westmoreland Ave. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had no comment.
