The applicant proposes the development of a Specialized Residential Healthcare facility to be known as the “Elizabeth Seton Young Adult Center”. The facility will provide specialized care for medically fragile young adults between the age of 18-35. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and had the following comments. 1. Overall project will be a great addition to the city. 2.
