OUTCOME: Design Review Board approved this application as submitted unitl March 1, 2024. 23-80 Elizabeth Seton Young Adult Center 315-317 North Street RESUBMITTED An application submitted on behalf of the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center for amended Site Plan approval. The applicant proposes the development of a Specialized Residential Healthcare facility to be known as the “Elizabeth Seton Young Adult Center”. The facility will provide specialized care for medically fragile young adults between the age of 18-35. OUTCOME: Design Review Board reviewed this application and recommends the approval of the Site Plan application as submitted. 23-74 T-Mobile Northeast, LLC 3 Barker Ave RESUBMITTED Special use Permit for a Public Utility Antenna Facility. OUTCOME: Design Review Board did not review this application.
