Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, April 8, 2013, at six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Boykin, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Martin. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss the Proposed 2013-2014 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains. ________ In addition to the Special Meeting this was also a joint meeting of the Common Council and the Mayor's and Management Advisory Committee. There was an overview of the Proposed Tax Budget and the Major Revenue Sources. ________ On motion of Council President Smayda, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
