Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Wednesday, April 17, 2013, at five thirty o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Boykin, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss the Proposed 2013-2014 Tax Budget of the City of White Plains in relation to - Expenditures: Community Services ________ On motion of Council President Smayda, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
