Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, January 27, 2014, at six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda-Vacancy Common Council Member. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss: Department of Recreation and Parks proposed Schedule of Fees and proposed ordinance in relation to adding a Chapter 4-25 to the White Plains Municipal Code requiring certain establishments to install video camera systems. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
