Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Monday, February 24, 2014, at six o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to consider to discuss the following: proposed extension of lease and operating agreement with the White Plains Performing Arts Center; proposed license agreement pursuant to which the licensee will construct and operate a tennis facility at Delfino Park; and Projects to be considered at the March 3, 2014 Regular Stated Meeting: White Plains Library boiler rehabilitation; City- wide security and fire alarm upgrades; Delfino Park Improvement - Ebersole Ice Rink; and Update on status of previously authorized Capital Projects, miscellaneous street reconstruction. ________ On motion of Council President Martin , seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting.
