Smayda The Special Meeting of the Common Council called for Thursday, January 22, 2015 at five o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Municipal Building. Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to consider a resolution entitled: a resolution of the Common Council of the City of White Plains removing Elizabeth Cheteny from the Office of Commissioner of Planning of the City of White Plains pursuant to Section 20 of the Charter of the City of White Plains. ________ Mr. Martin offered the following resolution and moved its adoption. Mrs. Smayda seconded the motion.
