Mayor Roach presiding and the following Members present: Mrs. Hunt-Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin, and Mrs. Smayda. ________ The Special Meeting was called to discuss: Capital Projects: Community Education Facility and Station No. 2 Mold Remediation; Parking Department Pay by Phone License Agreement; Zoning Ordinance/Municipal Code Amendments regarding Special Permits for Cabaret Use; and Recreation and Parks: Schedule of Fees. ________ On motion of Council President Martin, seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
