Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Monday, July 25, 2016, called for six o'clock in the evening in the Mayor's Conference Room. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Krolian, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Kirkpatrick and Mrs. Lecuona. ________ This Special Meeting was called to discuss a Capital Project in relation to Garage Elevator Modernization and to consider presentations on proposed development at 200 Hamilton Avenue and proposed development at 136-158 Westmoreland Avenue. ________ On motion of Councilman Martin , seconded and duly carried, the Common Council adjourned the meeting. ________ Anne M.
