Permit for additional height pursuant to Section 5.3 Footnote (t) of the Zoning

Plains by increasing the White Plains Youth Bureau’s WIOA Budget by $10,234,

Westchester County Funds of $11,264, for Fiscal Year 2016/17, to support
Youth Employment Services to In School and Out of School Youth Program.
