Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Wednesday, February 15, 2017called for seven thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber. Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, Mr. Martin and Mrs. Smayda. This Special Meeting was called discuss: the Recreation and Parks Depart- ment Schedule of User Fees; the proposed Sign Ordinance; proposed develop- ment at 440 Hamilton Avenue; the proposed development at Broadstone White Plains (Mamaroneck Avenue); a petition to amend the Zoning Ordinance submitted on behalf of Mount Hope A.M.E. Zion Church; and to consider a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing matters in relation to collective bargaining. The Special Meeting with discussion of the items enumerated above. 532 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES February 15, 2017 Mr. Kirkpatrick made a motion to enter into executive session for the purpose of discussing matters in relation to collective bargaining. Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried. Mr. Kirkpatrick made a motion to resume the Special Meeting. Mr. Martin seconded the motion. Carried.
