Smayda A Special Meeting of the Common Council held Thursday, March 2, 2017, called for seven thirty o'clock in the evening in the Common Council Chamber, Mayor Roach presiding and the following members present: Mrs. Hunt Robinson, Mr. Kirkpatrick, Mr. Krolian, Mrs. Lecuona, and Mrs. Smayda. Absent: Mr. Martin This Special Meeting was called to conduct a Public Scoping Outline Review for the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) on the petition to: "A" amend the Zoning Ordinance to establish a new Zoning District, "Planned Residential Development" and, "B" amend the Zoning Map to change the zoning classification of a 16.09 acre parcel at 52 North Broadway from RM-1.5 to "Planned Residential Development" District. The "Comment Period" is through March 14, 2017. The Mayor granted the privilege of the floor to: Mary Ann Balco Berry; Clifford Davis, Stewart Place; Nate Parish: Rob Hoch, 70 Davis Avenue; Eileen Stockel, 10 Stewart Place; Barbara Ahern, 10 Stewart Place; Terrence DeRosa, 536 COMMON COUNCIL MINUTES March 2, 2017 50 North Broadway; Ann Halpern, 10 Stewart Place; Vito Fragalo, 25 Hawthorne Street, President, North Broadway Citizens Association; Sheila Sullivan, Ross Street.
